TELECONSULT

PanCare Medical is part of the nation's telemedicine provider. We provide the following teleconsultation services to cater to different needs:

  1. Remote/tele-supervised Antigen Rapid Test (ART)

  2. Upload of self-administered ART for certification

  3. Teleconsultation without supervised ART

 

Supervised ART results under options 1 and 2 above will be submitted to MOH for record purposes and the result will be reflected in your HealthHub account. You are required to fill up an MOH health declaration form prior to administering your ART. MOH will send an SMS to the number you submitted through the health declaration form.

 

Basic Charge has to be paid via credit/debit card prior to administering of the stated service. Additional Charges for optional items to be paid via PAYNOW to our UEN number (201724235M) after consultation for us to deliver the additional items to you. All charges are private clinic rate without subsidy and does not include GST.

1. Tele-Supervised ART

You should consider this if you:

  • are feeling unwell and suspect you have COVID-19

  • require a Pre-Departure Test (PDT)*

* For entry into Singapore, only travellers that are not fully vaccinated require a PDT. For departure from Singapore, please check the requirement(s) of the destination.

 

Availability:

  • Consultation – 8am to 9pm, daily

  • Medicine delivery –

    • Standard: within 6 hours if ordered by 5pm, otherwise by next morning 10am

    • Express: within 2 hours

 

Basic Charge (before GST): $20

 

Additional Charges for optional items (before GST):

  • $5 for PDT travel certificate with QR code

  • $5 for medical leave of absence certificate

  • Medication charges as prescribed

  • Delivery of medicines – $12 (standard) or $30 (express)

​2. Upload of Self-Administered ART video for certification

You should consider this if you:

  • require a Pre-Event Testing (PET)**

  • are not feeling unwell, do not require consultation with a doctor and/or medication to be prescribed

  • are not a minor or a person without agency

** Your PET has to be submitted no more than 24 hours prior to the end of the event you intend to attend.

 

Turnaround:

  • within 4 hours if submitted between 8am to 8pm

  • after 8pm/before 8am – by noon following/same day

 

Basic Charge (before GST): $15

 

Note that the video uploaded must be uninterrupted and unedited from start to end with clear and unobstructed visual of:

  • subject's face and photo ID

  • unopened, undamaged ART showing expiry and lot number

  • date, time and NRIC/FIN number clearly written on ART kit

  • sampling and testing process with no less than 15 minutes display of the test result on the ART kit

​3. Teleconsultation without supervised ART

You should consider this if you:

  • are feeling unwell but do not require any ART or COVID-related testing

 

Availability:

  • Consultation – 8am to 9pm, daily

  • Medicine delivery –

    • Standard: within 6 hours if ordered by 5pm, otherwise by next morning 10am

    • Express: within 2 hours

 

Basic Charge (before GST):

  • $15 for weekdays 8am to 5pm

  • $20 for weekdays 5pm to 10pm

  • $25 for weekends or public holidays

 

Additional Charges for optional items (before GST):

  • $5 for medical leave of absence certificate

  • Medication charges as prescribed

  • Delivery of medicines – $12 (standard) or $30 (express)
