SWAB AND SEND HOME
PanCare Medical Clinic is a Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC) that provides government subsidies to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and eligible Work Permit Holders for the treatment of respiratory infections (e.g. common cold).
We are able to perform swab tests for patients including young children.
For all visits, bring your NRIC or birth certificate, along with your PG/MG/PA and CHAS card, where applicable.
VACCINATION
Travellers intending to leave Singapore to a VTL (Air) country/region, must check with the authorities of their desired destination on the prevailing entry requirements of the destination.
You are required to book an appointment.
The following Pre-Depature Tests (PDT) are available at PanCare Medical Clinic:

COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test, results in 24 hours OR pay an additional amount for results in 4 hours

Antigen Rapid Test (ART), results and physical certificate in 30 minutes

Serology Test (CHINA)

Vaccinated overseas? Get your vaccination status on your Trace Together App with a simple blood test at PanCare Medical Clinic! PanCare Medical staff will upload your vaccination details upon getting back your results. Hassle-free, 3-5 working days.
If you have a digitally verifiable vaccination certificate, you may not need to take a serology test. Instead, the healthcare provider will scan your certificate to verify its authenticity. Check the MOH website for eligibility.
